Your experience with travel, a product or service starts with inspiration. At Widest.com we deliver inspiring travel stories, expert travel tips and product reviews. We want to ignite the passion in our readers before, during, and after the experience.
What We’re Looking For
Widest.com will consider both short and feature-length stories on a range of consumer travel topics, including saving money, attractions, avoiding scams, packing tips, booking strategies, best places to go, travel tech, travel trends, and travel tips that represent all kinds of travellers and travel experiences. We are also quite interested in stories featuring personal experiences.
We only publish stories that will be correct and relevant over a long period of time. So someone reading an article a year or two later should still find it relevant and useful.
Benefits To You
The number one benefit to you as a guest author will be the exposure it will bring you as an expert in your field or to your brand/blog. Widest.com will provide you another channel to share your expertise and/or personal experience.
We will credit you for the story in a short bio at the end of the article. We will also provide a link to your social media profile and/or a link to your website. We are always happy to help you with exposure, branding, increased reach, etc. In return we simply ask for high quality articles that will be useful and of interest to our readers.
Please note:
- We are more interested in guest posts from bloggers who own their own reputable blogs or writers who have a track record of writing quality articles for reputable sites/publications.
- We do not accept guests posts via SEO companies/agents.
- In order to avoid violating Google’s terms, all our external links in guest posts will have the nofollow attribute, and external links in sponsored posts will have the sponsored attribute. This means that Google may not follow these links. However, the links will be fully functional and our readers will be able to click to go straight to your website or URL.
Submissions and Responses
Please use the contact form below to send us your story pitches and/or article. Use the phrase “Editorial Submission” in the subject line. If we decide to publish your article, we may ask you to send us any relevant photos that you have.
Include a link to your blog or links to some of your previously published work.
