You simply choose the one that suits you best. At the end of the day, there is a sunset feature to help you naturally unwind and be ready for bed.
You can enhance your Lumie Body Clock sunrise with a dawn chorus or a rooster wake-up call. Or, if you have trouble nodding off, there are ‘white noise’ and wave sounds to help lull you to sleep. Use the FM radio or choose between 6 different sound effects as an alarm to wake you.
As well as providing you with dimmable bedside lighting, the Lumie Body Clock Active 250 has a nightlight feature and a security option that turns the light on while you’re away.
